Francis A. Nwofor is a Martial Artist for over 30 years and a Martial Arts Instructor for over 23; his personal quest since his early days as an instructor and educator has been to understand the enigma ‘ Leadership' with the view to positively impacting those around him, which helped him in his Team Captaincies of the Great Britain Gold Winning Karate Team 1994 – 1996.

His academic training and lectureship experience has been instrumental in helping him identify, extract, articulate and transfer the self-mastery, leadership and winning philosophies from the Martial Arts into Business & Leadership.

Francis is the author of ‘ Just like chess but with Kicks and Punches ' and ‘ Bushido, The Art of Leadership ' two books that relate Martial Arts thinking to Success and Leadership.

Francis A. Nwofor pulls together all of his experience from academia, community involvement, business & commerce, his insight from working with people on a personal level and his Martial schooling as well as International competitive fighting, to make him an incredible, powerful, dynamic, persuasive, free, lethal and masterful person and speaker.
